Alice Nofzinger represents clients on a variety of bankruptcy and restructuring matters. She has represented companies, lenders, creditors, sponsors, investors and other stakeholders in complex restructurings, including in bankruptcy cases, distressed transactions, financings and related litigation. She has extensive experience leading deal teams and managing all aspects of Chapter 11 cases and restructuring transactions on behalf of clients across a broad range of industries. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Nofzinger was an associate at two global law firms, where she represented clients in high-stakes bankruptcy and restructuring matters. Notable company-side representations include Diamond Sports Group, Diamond Offshore Drilling, Mitel Networks, Salem Harbor Power Development, CHC Group, Westmoreland Mining, Qualtek Services, Caesars Entertainment Operating Company, Toys “R” Us, EXCO Resources, Payless ShoeSource, and Cumulus Media. Other notable representations include an ad hoc group of lenders of Ligado Networks, an ad hoc group of noteholders of McDermott International, sponsors of Sungard Availability Services, sponsors of Jonah Energy Holdings, an ad hoc group of lenders of Pacific Drilling, the first-lien lender and DIP lender to LBI Media, an ad hoc group of lenders of FULLBEAUTY Brands, the County of Westchester, and an ad hoc group of noteholders of Roust Corporation.
