On October 8, 2024, Cresset Asset Management, an independent investment firm, announced its acquisition of CH Investment Partners, a multi-family office and private investment firm serving ultra-high-net-worth families. The partnership will allow the integrated firm to manage more than $62 billion in assets and expand its reach to support families in key regions in Texas, Oklahoma and North Carolina. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.

The WilmerHale corporate team advising CH Investment Partners was led by Stephanie Evans and Timothy Silva, and included Bill Caporizzo, Scott Kilgore, Nathan Moore, Judd Abramson, Ben Kelsey, Will Myer, Molly Nelson, Matthew O’Malley and Karen Velez.
