Judd Abramson is a corporate lawyer with experience representing public companies and private investment firms in negotiated cross-border mergers and acquisitions, including private equity and asset transactions, business carve-outs and auction sales. He also has experience in all aspects of transactions, such as drafting primary and ancillary transactional agreements, due diligence, and advising on legal and business issues.

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Abramson was a senior associate in the corporate group of another large law firm, where he worked out of their Tokyo, Japan office. Previously, he was a secondee with EPCOS AG in Munich, Germany; a corporate associate with another law firm in New York, NY; and a secondee to the chief legal officer of private equity at Apollo Global Management.
