WilmerHale represented McCormick & Company, Incorporated, a manufacturer, marketer and distributor of spices, herbs, seasoning mixes, condiments and other flavorful products, in connection with its recent public offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2033. The transaction closed on April 6, 2023.
