Michelle Sidle is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on ongoing and transactional law matters, including venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, startup formation, capital markets and general corporate governance. 

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Sidle served as a judicial extern to Vice Chancellor Paul A. Fioravanti, Jr. at the Delaware Court of Chancery. She was previously a legal and compliance intern at KKR & Co. Inc. and SkyBridge Capital, as well as a student attorney at the University of Maryland’s Low Income Taxpayer Clinic.
