ChIPs, a global nonprofit focused on advancing women in technology, law and policy, has named WilmerHale to its annual Honor Roll. WilmerHale is one of five firms named to the 2022 list, which recognizes excellence in gender inclusion, marking the second consecutive year that the firm has been named to the Honor Roll.

The ChIPs Honor Roll is based on results from the Inclusion Blueprint, a joint initiative between ChIPs and Diversity Lab that measures the actions firms are taking to create fair and inclusive workplaces. The initiative provides diversity benchmarks for historically underrepresented groups in law firm leadership and across practice group to ensure that diverse lawyers have equal access to opportunities in the workplace.

WilmerHale and the other honorees will be recognized at the ChIPs Global Summit in San Francisco on October 26.
