Joshua L. Mogil Named a 2025 LGBTQ+ Business Leader by the Washington Business Journal

Recognition

Joshua L. Mogil has been recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of its 2025 LGBTQ+ Business Leaders. This program, now in its ninth year, celebrates both individuals and companies in the greater Washington region who are making a difference in the corporate world.

Joshua is a senior associate in the firm’s Financial Institutions Group. He advises clients on a range of investigations and regulatory, compliance and enforcement matters. He also maintains an active pro bono practice. A leader in the Washington legal community, Joshua also serves as an adjunct professor at Georgetown Law, on the elected Board of Governors of the DC Bar, on the Board of Directors of the DC Bar Pro Bono Center, and on the advisory board of the DC LGBTQ+ Bar Association, where he most recently served as president. Earlier this year, the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association named Joshua as one of its 40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40.

Joshua and his fellow award winners will be honored at a reception on July 16. See the full list of awardees here.
