Joshua L. Mogil

Joshua Mogil advises a broad range of clients on enforcement, investigations and policy matters, with an emphasis on financial services. He was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale. 

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Mogil worked as a law clerk in the Criminal Division of the US Department of Justice. Mr. Mogil also served as a John A. Payton Fellow with the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, where he assisted with civil rights litigation and advocacy.  

Previously, Mr. Mogil worked as a risk manager at Capital One and as a political appointee special assistant to the US Deputy Attorney General. Mr. Mogil has also served in various staff roles at the US Agency for International Development, US Department of State and The White House.

Mr. Mogil is a member of the National LGBT Bar Association and the LGBT Bar Association of DC.
