WilmerHale attorney Joshua L. Mogil has been recognized as one of the 40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40 by the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association. This award honors legal professionals who have distinguished themselves in their field and have demonstrated a profound commitment to LGBTQ+ equality.

At the firm, Joshua has dedicated his practice and pro bono advocacy to fostering inclusion and expanding opportunity. Beyond the firm, Joshua is a leader in the Washington DC, LGBTQ+ legal community. As the immediate past President of the DC LGBTQ+ Bar Association, he played a key role in revitalizing that organization in the aftermath of the pandemic. Joshua currently serves on the elected Board of Governors of the DC Bar, on the Board of Directors of the DC Bar Pro Bono Center, and on the adjunct faculty of Georgetown Law. 

Joshua and his fellow honorees will be celebrated at the Lavender Law® Conference and Career Fair, taking place July 28–30, 2025, in New York, NY.
