Leading German business publication WirtschaftsWoche ranked WilmerHale as a "Top Law Firm" for Data Protection in 2022. Partner Dr. Martin Braun is named as a 2022 "Top Lawyer" for Data Protection in Germany.

Handelsblatt Research Institute surveyed more than 1,250 lawyers from 152 law firms as part of the ranking process. Individual attorneys nominated the most reputable law firms and lawyers in their legal field. Following the survey, an expert jury examined and analyzed the nominations before finally selecting 23 law firms with 27 recommended lawyers for data protection.

The recognition underlines the strength of WilmerHale's lawyers in the area of data protection law and highlights the outstanding work of the data protection team in Germany.
