On June 24, 2021, WilmerHale client Cloud9 Technologies LLC, a leader in integrated cloud-based communication solutions, announced that it has been acquired by Symphony Communication Services Holdings, LLC and its affiliates. The acquisition will allow Symphony to leverage Cloud9’s industry leading trader voice services to solidify its position in financial services as critical markets’ infrastructure provider.
