WilmerHale represented the underwriters in the initial public offering of 8,984,375 shares of common stock of Ikena Oncology, Inc., reflecting the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, for aggregate gross proceeds of $143.8 million. The offering priced on March 25, 2021 at $16.00 per share and closed on March 30, 2021.

The team representing the underwriters consisted of Partners Lisa Firenze and Craig Hilts, Senior Associate Jason Hyatt and Associate Alex Bloom, with support from Partners Bruce Manheim and Colleen Superko and Attorney Heidi Treiber.
