Jason Hyatt

Jason Hyatt is a corporate lawyer with experience advising public and private companies on a wide range of securities offerings, public disclosure, corporate governance and general corporate law matters. He has handled a broad range of transactions, including public equity offerings, private equity placements, public and private high yield and investment grade debt offerings, exchange offers, tender offers, rights offerings, and mergers and acquisitions. He also regularly advises companies on stock exchange rules and regulations, securities laws and periodic reporting responsibilities.

Before joining WilmerHale, Mr. Hyatt was an associate at another large law firm in New York. He also completed a secondment at BNP Paribas, where he supported the Corporate Banking team in a variety of matters.
