WilmerHale represented the underwriters in the public offering of 6,095,000 shares of common stock of Forma Therapeutics Holdings, Inc., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company, at a public offering price per share of $45.25. The shares of common stock sold reflected the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares, and the gross proceeds to the company were $275.8 million, before deducting underwriting discounts and offering expenses. The offering priced on December 10, 2020 and closed on December 15, 2020.
