Elizabeth Brasher

Senior Associate

Elizabeth Brasher advises private and public companies on a broad range of corporate matters, including technology transactions, mergers and acquisitions, equity offerings and general corporate governance. Her experience also includes representing emerging companies on startup-related matters, from formation to financings through exit events.

Before joining WilmerHale, Ms. Brasher worked as a technology consultant at Accenture, where she designed and implemented website and data processing enhancements to a large-scale federal system. She also interned with the New York State Attorney General's Bureau of Internet and Technology, where she worked on matters related to data privacy and security, and with US Senator Barbara Mikulski. 

While in law school, Ms. Brasher published a student note on data privacy in the Columbia Business Law Review and was a teaching assistant to Professor Edward Morrison.
