WilmerHale represented Mountaingate Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm, in the sale of its position in Tinuiti Inc., a tech-enabled and analytics-driven marketing services platform company, to New Mountain Capital. The transaction signed on November 11, 2020 and closed on December 10, 2020. Mountaingate first partnered with Tinuiti in 2017, when the business employed approximately 150 employees. In 2020, Tinuiti will conclude the year with over 700 employees and will have grown over 400% since the start of the partnership. The exit of Tinuiti by Mountaingate represents another highly successful outcome for Mountaingate’s investors.
