Bloomberg Law Highlights WilmerHale’s Market Leadership in Litigation for Tech Companies

In a review of federal court cases in 2020, Bloomberg Law found that WilmerHale topped the list of firms handling litigation on behalf of tech companies. The firm was recognized in particular for its work representing tech clients in intellectual property litigation matters.

In the article, IP Litigation Co-Chair Mark Selwyn and Appellate and Supreme Court Litigation Vice Chair Mark Fleming note, “the range of work the firm handles for tech clients is ‘very broad based’ and includes appearances in a number of different courts and federal agencies.” The piece also highlights that a number of attorneys at WilmerHale hold technical or scientific degrees. “Our work for tech clients involves not only legal acumen, but the ability to understand complicated scientific and engineering issues,” said Selwyn.
