WilmerHale represented Danaher Corporation in connection with its €1.75 billion registered senior notes offering on March 25, 2020 and its €750 million offering on April 3, 2020. Danaher Corporation is a global science and technology company that designs, manufactures and markets professional, medical, industrial and commercial products and services. Net proceeds from the offering will be used for general corporate purposes.
