On March 3, 2020, WilmerHale represented WeWork in its sale of Managed by Q, a workplace management software company, to Eden Technologies. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

WilmerHale’s representation of WeWork in its sale of Managed by Q follows WilmerHale’s representation of the company in connection with WeWork’s sales of Conductor in December 2019 and Teem Technologies in January 2020.
