At this year's IDACON 2019, Dr. Martin Braun will lead a workshop on the topic of "Rights of Data Subjects under the DSGVO in Practice." The workshop will comprehensively present the rights of data subjects and the correct handling of corresponding enquiries. In addition, the workshop will give an outlook on the possibilities of complaint and legal protection of data subjects, i.e. in particular the involvement of supervisory authorities and the possibility of legal action. The first model proceedings in this area are underway, so that these questions are more relevant and up-to-date.
