Kevin J. Holt

Kevin Holt represents and advises clients on a variety of bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters. He also has a strong commitment to pro bono work and an interest in appellate litigation. Since joining the firm in September 2016, he has written an amicus brief to the New York Court of Appeals and a motion for summary judgment to the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Connecticut.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Holt served as a law clerk for the Honorable Mary Beck Briscoe of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.

Mr. Holt worked as a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2014. While in law school, he interned in the Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Division of Enforcement, where he assisted with enforcement cases related to violations of the Commodities Exchange Act. He was also a student attorney in Washington University's Appellate Clinic and worked in the Washington University Civil Justice Clinic's Juvenile Rights and Re-Entry Project.
