Kevin Gallagher focuses his practice on complex litigation matters.

Mr. Gallagher joined the firm after serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Alice M. Batchelder of the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He previously worked at the firm as a summer associate.

While pursuing his law degree at the University of Virginia School of Law, Mr. Gallagher was a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and a Dillard Fellow for Professor Karen Moran. He also worked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Leonard G. Brown, III, of the Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas in Pennsylvania, with whom he co-authored a law review article on mandatory reporting of child abuse.
