Speaking Engagement

On March 23-24, the United Nations Regional Centre for Peace, Disarmament and Development in Latin America and the Caribbean (UNLIREC) convened a two-day workshop within the context of its assistance package for Caribbean States on the Implementation of Resolution 1540(2004). This package, currently funded by the United States Department of State, targets five countries: Belize, Dominican Republic, Grenada, Jamaica and Trinidad and Tobago. 

WilmerHale Partner Brent Gurney and Senior Associate Sarah Ganslein spoke about strategic trade controls in a presentation titled "The Caribbean and Resolution 1540: The importance of implementing strategic trade controls."
