An intensive workshop designed for chief financial officers and general counsel of pre-IPO companies, the bootcamp helped attendees prepare by providing a deeper understanding of the impact of the JOBS Act, the IPO market outlook—including insights from Goldman Sachs bankers, current issues affecting IPO companies—including the SEC’s recent opinion on the use of social media, the mechanics of a successful IPO and much more. This bootcamp, co-presented with Deloitte, Silicon Valley Bank and William Gallagher Associates, was held in WilmerHale's Waltham office location.
