El Instituto de la Judicatura Federal-Escuela Judicial convoca al will host the Panel on Cooperation and Judicial Assistance in Commercial Arbitration. Commercial arbitration is an alternative mechanism for resolving domestic and international disputes, the use of which has increased exponentially in recent years and thus, the intervention of the courts. Given this increase, it is necessary to update the members of the judiciary and the legal community interested on the scope of its intervention in such proceedings, as well as the interpretations of applicable law.
