In a forum titled "The ePrivacy Regulation: The Next Frontier," Reed Freeman, partner and co-chair of WilmerHale’s Cybersecurity and Privacy Practice, will consider the implications of the ongoing major overhaul of the EU’s ePrivacy Directive, its scope and key provisions. Freeman will speak alongside Joao Rodrigues, Legal Adviser for the European Parliament, and Willem Debeuckelaere, President of the Belgian Data Protection Authority and Deputy Chair of the European Data Protection Board.
