ICC YAF: Towards More Efficiency and Transparency – The New ICC Rules of Arbitration

Speaking Engagement

Revisions to the ICC Rules of Arbitration have been made with the aim of further increasing the efficiency and transparency of ICC arbitrations. The revised rules are in force since 1 March 2017. The new rules introduce expedited procedure rules for smaller claims, among other relevant amendments, both being introduced by arbitration practitioners with different legal and cultural backgrounds.

WilmerHale Counsel Michael Howe will moderate a panel at this event.
