WilmerHale Advises Navient in Sale of Government Services Business

On February 21, 2025, Navient Corporation (Nasdaq: NAVI), a provider of technology-enabled education finance and business processing solutions, announced it had finalized the sale of its Government Services business to an affiliate of Gallant Capital Partners, LLC, a Los Angeles-based investment firm. The definitive purchase agreement was signed December 19, 2024, and the transaction closed February 21, 2025.
