Veronica Nagorna focuses her practice on complex transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2024 and returned as an associate in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Nagorna was a student attorney with the Boston College Law School Civil Rights Clinic, where she conducted research and drafted discovery documents regarding labor and employment law and worked with clients and local grassroots organizations to consult on relevant case matters. After completing her undergraduate degree, she joined a New York-based law firm as an intellectual property brand protection specialist, where she monitored online platforms for the infringement of her clients’ intellectual property and crafted enforcement strategies based on trend analysis and research.

During law school, Ms. Nagorna also served as a judicial intern for the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, conducting research on case law and drafting advisory opinions for both civil and criminal matters.
