Stephanie Leopold is an experienced corporate lawyer who represents clients in capital markets, corporate governance and disclosure, and mergers and acquisitions matters. She has advised public and pre-IPO companies on their IPOs and follow-on offerings, as well as CMPOs, ATMs, equity lines, RD and PIPE offerings. Ms. Leopold has experience with reverse mergers and SPAC mergers and related securities filings, and has extensive experience advising clients on compliance issues and stock exchange requirements. Ms. Leopold represents companies in the biotech, high tech and pharmaceutical industries across all development stages, and also represents underwriters in a range of capital markets offerings.

Before joining WilmerHale, Ms. Leopold was a lawyer at another law firm in New York where she focused her practice on corporate and capital markets transactions. Previously, she was a legal associate at Coty, Inc. and a law clerk with the Cook County State Attorney’s Office in Chicago, IL.
