Sarah Matchett advises private and public companies on a broad range of corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and general corporate matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Ms. Matchett was a corporate and securities associate at another law firm in New York.

During law school, Ms. Matchett served as a judicial intern for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and as an executive editor of the Rutgers University Law Review. She was also a clinical student in the Constitutional Rights Clinic and International Human Rights Clinic.
