Sam Wizon is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. He joined WilmerHale in 2022.

Mr. Wizon built a career as a software engineer before pursuing his JD. He was vice president of BroadPeak Partners, where he designed, built and managed a portfolio of fintech SaaS products. While pursuing his law degree, Mr. Wizon served as a legal intern with the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island.
