Ray Fang is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. Mr. Fang was previously a summer associate at WilmerHale.

During law school, he was a legal intern at the State of California Franchise Tax Board, where he conducted legal research on state and local tax and tax enforcement cases. He was a member of the Entrepreneurship Law Clinic, where he assisted founders with a range of matters related to incorporation, licensing and corporate governance.
