Peter Kurtz focuses his practice on complex litigation matters and government enforcement actions. He has experience in a range of substantive areas, including the False Claims Act, healthcare regulation, constitutional law, and breach of contract.  Mr. Kurtz also maintains an active pro bono practice in the areas of immigration and reproductive rights.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Kurtz served as finance director for the Colorado Attorney General’s re-election campaign and practiced at law firms in Denver and New York City.  Mr. Kurtz clerked for the Honorable Michael Daly Hawkins of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
