Michael Katz counsels public and private companies, investment firms and financial sponsors across a broad spectrum of corporate law matters, with a focus on debt financing. His practice includes advising on bilateral loans, syndicated bank facilities, venture debt and secured note offerings undertaken in connection with acquisitions, spin-offs, refinancings and recapitalizations.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Katz was an associate in the finance practice of another large international law firm in New York. He previously worked as a project finance associate at Rabobank.
