Michael Katz advises private and public company clients, lenders, debtors and creditors in a variety of complex corporate matters, including debt financings, acquisitions and post-bankruptcy restructurings.
Prior to joining WilmerHale, Mr. Katz was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in their finance practice. Prior to law school, Mr. Katz was a project finance associate at Rabobank.
