Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Cerulli worked as a law student mentor at Boston College Law School’s Project Entrepreneur where he advised formerly incarcerated entrepreneurs on legal matters related to their business plans. He was previously a legal intern at another law firm. Prior to law school, he served as a legislative aid to a member of the Massachusetts House of Representatives.
