Maya Williams focuses her practice on complex transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2023 and returned as an associate in 2025.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Williams was a corporate and litigation legal assistant at an international law firm in Boston, supporting attorneys by conducting conflicts checks and business intake, assembling case materials and researching case law among other responsibilities. Since 2018, Ms. Williams has also been a volunteer with 826Boston as a nonprofit academic tutor working with K through 12 students on developing their writing other related academic skills.
