Madeline Gatto focuses her practice on complex transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2024 and returned as an associate in 2025.

While in law school, Ms. Gatto worked as a legal extern for Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts, a legal aid and education organization that supports arts and culture in New York. While there, she worked closely with pro bono attorneys to conduct client intake and consultations, and helped to summarize case facts and attorney recommendations. Ms. Gatto also served as a paralegal for a Boston-based IP firm specializing in life sciences and biotechnology.
