Lisa Jing represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes commercial disputes and appeals. Her practice spans a broad range of legal issues from breach of contract, fiduciary duty, antitrust, commercial tort to False Claims Act litigation. Her clients likewise hail from a variety of industries, including finance, healthcare, technology and energy.

Ms. Jing is a skilled courtroom advocate. She has helped secure difficult trial victories after presenting and cross-examining key witnesses. Ms. Jing also regularly argues before judges, arbitrators and special masters. She advises clients at every stage of litigation from pre-suit assessment through discovery, dispositive motions, trial and appeal.

Ms. Jing’s recent matters include representing a biotechnology company in antitrust claims against a health insurance network, real estate investment entities in a cross-border dispute, the relator in a False Claims Act suit concerning a large insurer’s Medicare Advantage practices, and Google in its blockbuster copyright victory against Oracle in the US Supreme Court. 

Before joining WilmerHale, Ms. Jing practiced at a leading trial boutique firm and clerked for Judge Susan L. Carney of the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Lorna G. Schofield of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
