Kevin Agostinelli advises clients on a range of corporate and transactional matters. He began his career at WilmerHale as an associate in 2024.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Agostinelli was a judicial intern for Chief Judge Martin Glenn in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. During law school, Mr. Agostinelli worked in the New York State Assembly through NYU Law’s State Legislative Externship.
