Jenna El-Fakih is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a wide range of corporate law matters including corporate governance and disclosure, capital markets and mergers and acquisitions. Ms. El-Fakih began her career at WilmerHale. Prior to rejoining the firm, she was associate counsel for a public company, where she focused on mergers and acquisitions and assisted with corporate governance matters.
