His experience spans a range of investment areas and fund types, including venture capital (from seed to late stage), growth equity, private equity, opportunity funds, funds-of-funds, and special purposes vehicles (SPVs).

Mr. Mostofizadeh assists clients with preparing offering materials, negotiating with investors on fund formation issues, drafting partnership agreements, LLC documents, and other governing materials, as well as advising fund managers on operational and governance matters. He also has experience in income tax issues that affect investment funds and regularly counsels clients on strategic considerations throughout the fund lifecycle.
