Isaiah Chatman is a corporate lawyer who advises public and private companies on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, ongoing disclosure and compliance obligations, and capital markets transactions. He joined WilmerHale in 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Chatman served as a legal intern with the Rhode Island Attorney General’s Office, where he worked on high-stakes litigation matters. While attending the University of Southern California, he worked with leading entertainment agencies as a legal and content intern, collaborating with attorneys and senior executives on a variety of transactional matters.
