Erica D. Puccetti

Senior Associate

Erica Puccetti focuses her practice on a variety of complex litigation matters and investigations across a range of practice areas. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on asylum and immigration cases. After her first two years with the firm, Ms. Puccetti served as a law clerk to the Honorable Angel Kelley of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. 

Ms. Puccetti was a summer associate at WilmerHale in 2018. During law school, she worked as a judicial extern to the Honorable O. Rogeriee Thompson of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and a judicial intern to the Honorable Denise J. Casper of the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Ms. Puccetti was also a research assistant to Professors Kristin Collins and Kathryn Zeiler at Boston University School of Law and served on the executive board of the Boston University Law Review during that time.
