Brandon Hornlein is a corporate attorney who represents public and private companies in a range of transactional matters. He joined WilmerHale as a summer associate in 2024.

While in law school, Mr. Hornlein served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, USMJ, for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Hornlein was also a student attorney with the Transactional Law Clinic at the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice, where he assisted non-profits and entrepreneurs on a range of matters, including corporate formation and governance, real estate and intellectual property.
