Ben Gardiner is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. He joined WilmerHale as a summer associate.

While in law school, Ben worked on immigration matters as a public interest fellow for Cornell Law Clinical Programs, taught in the legal writing program, and served the board of a local non-profit organization as a Johnson Board Fellow. He also worked with early stage companies as a fund manager for Big Red Ventures, Cornell’s student-led venture capital fund.
