Andres Salinas focuses his practice on complex litigation matters in both trial and appellate courts. He has experience at all levels of state and federal court, including the US Supreme Court, and in a wide range of substantive areas, including administrative and constitutional law, antitrust, consumer protection and intellectual property. He also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a particular focus on matters related to criminal justice and prisoners’ rights.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Salinas clerked for the Honorable Rudolph Contreras of the US District Court for the District of Columbia and the Honorable Joseph A. Greenaway, Jr. of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Before his clerkships, Mr. Salinas was an associate for another international law firm in Washington DC. While in law school, he worked as a constitutional litigation intern for Americans United for Separation of Church and State.
