Amy O’Connell is a corporate lawyer who represents public and private companies on a range of transactional matters. She joined WilmerHale in 2022.

Ms. O’Connell completed a judicial internship for the Honorable Jennifer C. Boal of the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts, where she researched and wrote on issues related to both civil and criminal proceedings. Before pursuing a legal career, Ms. O’Connell worked as a talent agent representing performing artists. In that role, she negotiated fees and approved contracts for clients.
