Alex Dean advises public and private companies on a wide range of corporate law matters. He focuses on debt financing transactions including bank financings, syndicated institutional loans, venture debt, and public and private capital market transactions in connection with acquisition financings, recapitalizations and other corporate finance transactions.

Prior to joining WilmerHale, he was an associate at Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP in New York, where he focused on debt finance and capital markets.
