Aisha Garner is a DA&I attorney on the firm's WilmerHale DiscoverySolutions team, focused on substantive and strategic areas of discovery for Litigation/Controversy matters. She joined the firm in 2011.
 
Ms. Garner focuses her practice on issues of e-discovery. Specifically, she works with other attorneys, litigation support coordinators, and paralegals in order to provide efficient and cost effective discovery in litigations and investigations. Attorneys on these teams manage matters to create smarter document review processes through strategic and tactical work from preservation to collection and through review and production. In this role they utilize the firm's internal review software as well as e-discovery vendors' review and analytical tools.

Previously, Ms. Garner was a contract attorney for WilmerHale. While in that position, she assisted with the review of documents pertaining to a governmental inquiry into the marketing and sale of municipal derivatives. She also analyzed records, maintained case reference materials and assisted WilmerHale attorneys with review matters. Ms. Garner also spent time as a contract attorney for another firm in New York, where she examined client and opposing litigant hard copy and email records and assisted attorneys with production matters.
